“Before seeing Wendy, I was having anxiety attacks in social places, specifically on the bus, in shops and in my lecture room at university.  At the time of these attacks I would feel nauseous and dizzy, making me fear being sick in public.  This became a cycle of fear and I began avoiding these situations, not going out if I could help it.  At this point, I decided to see help and began to look into hypnotherapy.

“I  wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know I have just returned (successfully) from my trip to Germany. I had some slight anxiety beforehand about how I would react when I got on the plane rather the flight itself, but my new-found confidence soon overcame this when I used the techniques, you’d shown me. During the flights themselves, I was completely comfortable and although I avoided looking out of the window on the outbound flight, I quite happily managed it on the way back.
